Who cares what I have to say?

There's an interview with me up at Comic Bits Online -- check it out HERE.

We talk about Requiem and A Thousand Faces, among the usual topics.

On writing....

Or, rather, bookselling....

“He spent most of his time talking about people who asked for free books and seemed to think he ought to be tickled to death to give ‘em away. He said that sarcasm was wasted on such people and that homicide laws ought to be amended to take care of them.” -- Jim Thompson, Nothing More Than Murder

Website Remodeling

So, in a bit more procrastinating, I played around with the main page of my website -- let me know what you think.

Website Domain Registered

So, in another attempt to not spend any time writing tonight, I registered frankbyrns.com.  For the moment, that address will just jump viewers over to the current Geocities page, but hopefully pretty soon I'll have soon content actually on that page instead.   Ultimately, this will be a much easier way for people to find me online.

Google Books

Don't know how many folks have seen Google Books, but it's a pretty cool search engine for, obviously, books.

Including Requiem.   Another  way for potential readers to get a few pages for free to whet their appetite.  Pretty cool -- now I need how to figure out how to change the key terms to make it more "findable".

Interview is Up

The promised interview with yours truly is now up over at Podworld.

Read all about my thoughts on POD publishing in general, and Requiem in particular.

Podworld

Got an email this week from Podworld, a new website looking to promote good, quality POD / self-published books.  They asked if I would be interested in providing any content on Requiem.  I was happy to do so, and two of the stories from the book -- "252" and "Collateral Damage" -- are now available to read in the 2 Chapters section of the site.

(I especially like the fact that one of the genres that they list is "superhero", right there with "thrillers" and "romance".  That makes me happy.)

There will also be an interview with me about the book up at the site later this month.
